		<description>I'd also add in 'Zapp! The Lightening of Empowerment' by William Byham and 'The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook' by Peter Senge (the Fieldbook is more user friendly as it can be dipped in and out of).

Apart from those two, I found myself nodding in agreement.
