SpeakerSue's time management advice is spot on... it's about behavioral changes, not tips and tricks. The efficient leaders you know all have efficiency and time management built in their DNA, they may use a tool or two to AID them, but they never resort to tips and tricks, becuase they understand the short lived nature of these. We encourage our readers to take the time to read SpeakerSue's stuff.

Thank you! I'm thrilled that you found me and suggested your readers read my post!
Email productivity is time management, if done right. If we stay honest and immediately delete the stuff we don't care about, won't respond to and won't get to, it's a behavior change. In fact, just turning off the computer, Blackberry or iPhone for 8 hours a day (when we're supposed to sleep) or not checking it while we brush our teeth - all behavior changes that favorably alter our control of life and our ability to manage, I think. Thanks again! SpeakerSue www.SpeakerSue.com
