I appreciate the review of my book. It is often hard to capture its essence since there is a hybrid business/personal growth crossover. You "got it"!

It took me 25 years of research, oops moments, and lots of "I wonder if this will work" before I felt comfortable writing for the larger population. It is first and foremost a leadership book and it does start by looking within. I have seen personal relationships that were on the verge of exploding turn into friendships and teams ready to mutiny become solid colleagues. It has been very rewarding.
