Hi all,
I found this site via a Google alert, and whilst I have read many articles – I have not found one before as encouraging as the article on “Good News for Old School Behaviorists”
As a big believer in the virtues of behavioral theory in the workplace, this article is just a feel good application of behavioral theory.
If you have any leadership aspirations, it would be wise to read it and understand the real power of behavioral theory.
Thank you – to the ask the manager team!
