Warts and All
Okay, gross. We understand the warts, but what’s the all?

Like we wrote: gross.
For whatever reason, your annoying manager feels the need to either reveal everything or nothing. Unfortunately, he or she indicates this by explaining either “We need to show him everything; warts and all,” or, “There’s no need to show the warts and all.”

Instead of reaching for vague clichés, wouldn’t it be grand if managers just provided guidance in specific, real terms? Imagine working for a company where direction was clear, and guidance was always provided in a timely, direct manner.
Just think how great it would be to work for someone who wielded the English language as it was intended to be used. Imagine going a whole day without hearing annoying jargon that causes your ears to bleed.
We can dream, can’t we?
